We collect the minimum we need to fulfill your order, and we don't sell your data. Ever.

What we collect: your name, shipping address, email, and what you bought — we need these to fulfill and support your order. Payment is handled entirely by our payment processor (Square); your card number goes directly to them over an encrypted connection and we never see or store it. If you create an account, we store your email, order history, and any shipping details you choose to save.

How we use it: to process, ship, and support your orders, including order and shipping confirmation emails. If you leave items in your cart with your email entered, we may send one reminder email. Marketing email is sent only if you signed up for it, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies: we use a small number of strictly functional cookies (like keeping you signed in) and your browser's local storage (like remembering your cart). No third-party advertising trackers.

Who else touches your data: only the services that make the store work — our payment processor, email delivery provider, shipping carriers, and hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs for its job.

Your choices: email info@krownproducts.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (we may retain records we're legally required to keep, such as tax records of sales).
