Shipping

Cost: flat-rate shipping of $5.00 per order. The exact total always shows at checkout before you pay.

Processing: orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Tracking: you'll get an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. Your order confirmation email also contains a link to a live status page for your order.

Wrong address? Email us immediately at info@krownproducts.com with your order number. We can fix an address any time before the order ships.

Lost or stuck packages: if tracking hasn't moved for 7 or more days, or marks your package delivered when it isn't, contact us — we'll open a trace with the carrier and make sure you end up with your order or your money.
