Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To start a return, open the order link from your confirmation email and request a return there. Pick the items and tell us why — we'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds go to the original payment method for the returned items' purchase price, once we receive and inspect them. Your bank typically takes 5–10 business days to post the credit. Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return was our fault.

Return shipping is your responsibility — we recommend a tracked service. If we made the mistake (wrong or defective item), contact us first: we'll cover the return shipping and make it right with a replacement or full refund, your choice.

For a different size or color, the fastest route is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.

Damaged in transit? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging — we'll replace it or refund you in full.
