Welcome to Krown Products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms — we've kept them short and fair.

Orders: an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we email your order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or was listed at an obviously wrong price.

Pricing and payment: all prices are shown at checkout, including shipping and any tax, before you pay. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Shipping and risk: our shipping policy applies. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you on delivery; if a package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll resolve it.

Returns: our returns policy applies and is part of these terms.

Product accuracy: we photograph and describe products as accurately as we can; colors can vary slightly by screen. When in doubt, email us before ordering.

Fair use: no fraudulent orders and no attempting to interfere with the site's operation.

Our liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and doesn't allow to be waived.

Changes: we may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
